Ensure you have your Academic Roll Number, Scan Copy of SSC Certificate and Provisional Certificate ready before starting.

Online Payment Slip
The online payment slip generated after payment must be submitted when collecting the original certificate.
Previously Collected Original Certificate
Graduates of the academic years specified in the official notice who have already collected their original certificate may register again to collect it, provided that the previously issued original certificate is submitted.
The previously collected original certificate must be submitted during collection.
Provisional Certificate Not Yet Collected
Students who have not yet received their provisional certificate are required to collect the application form from the Controller of Examinations office and get the necessary clearances from the relevant departments (Department, Hall, and Central Library). They must complete the application process by attaching a scanned copy of this signed form instead of the provisional certificate.
Previously Collected Provisional Certificate
Those who have previously collected a provisional certificate must submit the original copy of the provisional certificate at the time of receiving the main certificate.
